Good health and wellbeing is an important part of positively and successfully contributing to the community at CM Dance. Good health and wellbeing not only refers to a person’s physical health but also a person’s mental and social health. CM Dance helps support this understanding of health by encouraging passion and enjoyment in dance through the building and strengthening of positive self-esteem and self-confidence.
In supporting Clare’s and undoubtedly the CM Dance School’s passion for ‘Youth Health’ there are now available links on the CM Dance website to various organisations and sites that support and educate on health related matters important to young people, their peers, families/ carers and the general community.
By ensuring we, as a collective community, remain informed and aware of the issues that concern our youth we place ourselves in a better position to help understand and support healthier outcomes.
Better still… if you as a young person are able to take some responsibility for your own health and wellbeing, and perhaps that of others… well done …you are most certainly on your way to a positively rewarding and healthy future.
Here are some links which provide support. The websites will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis in ensuring the information and support provided is evidence-based, current and relevant.
